Two classes from Owens nursery had a sports day at Aspire park. Two buses had been hired to take the children from the school to the event. Brendon drove Owen there as we were not happy about the driving skills here in Doha and also the buses don't have seat belts. Parents were invited but I felt that it hindered the childrens performance as they were clingy when they should have been having fun with their class mates. Owen enjoyed the egg and spoon race the most. There was also a relay race with a bean bag. Unfortunately Brendon took Erin for a walk with my camera so I was unable to capture the moments. After the activities lunch was delivered by "Burger King" and co-ordinated by the nursery staff. Miss Shiela in the pink pants is Owens teachers assistants and takes care of him like her own. They all sat around on the grass and ate. Then it was home time.
