Owens next vaccination

The clinic visit went well. Owen had his measles, mumps and rubella shot today. He was looking a sight. He still had his cold, viral eye infection and red blistered bum from all the teething. Before the nurse gave him the vaccination the paediatrician came and gave him the once over to make sure he was ok. She gave the nurse the go ahead. Owen did not flinch when given the one in his arm but wailed when he got the one in his leg. After many questions from the nurse and myself she told us that he was doing very well and was a strong little boy.

Owen weighs 12.985kg's, is 84.5cm's in length and has a head circumference of 48.7cm's. It is so interesting to see all the other little babies coming to be checked out. They are so small and helpless. I find it unbelievable how Owen has grown in the last 15 months.

I saw him on Skype yesterday and he looked fine. He sure is growing up and quite the boy now.
